I’m trying to watch a 1080 h264 file and I’m having very random video stutters, but not audio every 5 minutes or so. I’ve watched the resource monitor and it’s not pegging out or anything. It’s worked fine with 4k files so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m connected to an external HD via USB3.0…
