Info for any one in Europe with HBO subscription there is a new HBO Go EU addon in official Kodi repository under Video addons called “hGO”.
Streaming works very well in 720p on S905/S912 SoC and in 1080p on new S905xx/S922 with hardware acceleration.

I can confirm that the HBO Go version of Spain works perfectly.
