Your log shows maybe the device is bad, or eMMC storage failed.
Best hard reset the box and update Android if possible. Also make a complete new CE boot media, also maybe by using another USB memory.
EDIT:
We see not supported options in log. Did you use Xiaomi 3rd gen install to eMMC ?
