Tell me, please, what broke in CE, what my rips in hevc 10 bit stopped playing?
I tried the CE stable 9.0.0 and 9.0.1, as well as the latest 02.26 nightly build. The sound plays, but the picture stops at 2 seconds.
Previously, I could reproduce this in the first versions of alpha LE releases. But after in LE developers something broken. But in CE I could always reproduce rips hevc 10 bit. And it worked until 8.99.2 (inclusive).

Developers did not break anything, your content is wrongly encoded.
Settings>Sytem>CoreELEC> Enable alternative HEVC seek method
Your content will skip fine then but you will probably have issues with other content that is encoded properly.
