A timeout does mean the Adalight controller does not respond.

Hyperion.ng is starting and working but your controller connection does not work.
Maybe the controller itself or the firmware on the controller.
Or maybe your controller is not compatible with CE or it’s just not working.

Recheck every configuration and hardware connection.

We have been making son changes, and the log is not giving us errores now, but still not working. We have try on H96 Max box and works with the same configs.
Somethig more to do?

We think we found the problem. Must be done true Ethernet. No WiFi!!!:sob::sob:
