Hi, I am using NG 21.3 on an Androidbox that came with ATV 14 and I can see the dovi options. I do not have any other add-ons or skins. However, when I play FEL movies, I see so much stutter that they are unwatchable. Any other movies seem to work fine.
My Setup, Homatics Box —> HDMI —> Samsung HW-Q995D Soundbar —> HDMI eARC —> LG G4 TV

I did try the latest NG nightly as well and had similar results. However, I didn’t test it as extensively. Has anyone been successful with NG 21.3?
If anyone was successful in playing FEL movies, please do share your CE-NG version. I can test and report my results to you.
