I hate 3D ?
Why ?
I only told you the truth, confirmed by a member from the CE team
There is no 100% 3D support in CE.
There are some blu ray player supporting 3D
You own blu ray players, but they don´t play backups ?
(this backups are violation of copyright)
Try to play original disks with any blu ray player supporting 3D etc.
Last question:
Why did You say I´m insulting You ?
Honestly, I would advise you to buy either an original Oppo UDP-203 (expensive because hard to get!) or what they call a “Chinoppo” clone, such as the M9201 (without disc drive, about US$ 350-400). With the proper “adjusted” firmware, these can play full blu-ray BDMV or ISO rips from an NFS or SMB share.
Yes, got that. But it appears that CE-NG DV won’t work on newer Linux kernels. Above users had to use NE to get DV to work on R 4k plus with 5.4.x kernel.
Its working. Just the older revisions of homatics has not vc-1 or interlaced bugs in hw decoder. The p7 fel working in all my homatics and dune homatics device with NG.
It works quite well on Nokia 8010 and Kinhunk G1 which both have new kernels. Those who say that it does not work usually have wrong Android HDR Settings…
Where you able to use fel on the nokia with ng combined with a the newer kernel? My previous attempt using nighly ng with the older kernel and the dovi file method failed. No dolby vision option was present in settings.
Where should this new kernel be visible? My Dune Homatics is on ATV12 build 7954 with kernel 5.4.242. CE21-NG latest nightly (20241115) with local dovi.ko file still works just fine with FEL.
I updated my Dune Homatics Box to AT12 and it fixed my CoreElec Dolby Vision issues. But now it’s broke my “Power off system” function on my box when I try to power off the Dune box while in CoreElec. Once it shuts down it automatically comes back on.
Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?
