when the update is finished please enter CE settings - hardware and change Motorcomm option to assembled. After a reboot eth should be working.

Its not about the script. Its Google certificed box, not able to manipulate the android partition. It’s also a wonder that CE run from pendrive.

I made fresh install, latest CE ng nexus nightly, with generic dtb. All working. Bluetooth, wifi, gig lan. Just the Original remote control no.
@rome1931 Whats your fw number in your homatics box? Use stable or beta firmware from homatics?

But you have updated version from the devs, when I read good.
No it’s the same, he just added a new setting to have Ethernet working.
And when you made new installation, that settings will be gone?
No you have enable the setting for Ethernet to work after reboot.
@Portisch I have friend, who hat same issue as rome1931. He has no ethernet. Which dtb, or which CE image can he use ? He doesn’t see a similar setup in CE>Hardware section, what you mentioned. Thank you

Thanks, but the friend not a coreelec member. He nstalled the ne nightly but no Ethernet. Some post earlier rome1931 installed ng nightly succesfully here with your help.
