How do I install LinuxServer Repo?

I’m trying to install the repository here: https://github.com/linuxserver/libreelec-addon-repo
It says to not install it manually but install from the LibreELEC repo, under add-on repositories.

CoreElec doesn’t seem to have this repo so I was wondering if there is any way to install this? My goal is to run the latest version of pi-hole on core elec using the linuxserver repo.

I just looked into this, the repository is definitely there and works.

Add-ons>Install from repository>CoreELEC Add-ons>Add-on repository>LinuxServer.io’s Docker Add-ons
