Include HyperHDR in CE repo

Hi,

I’d like to request having a CE compatible version of HyperHDR (Hyperion.ng fork) added to the CE repo.

HyperHDR is a Hyperion.ng fork with focus on HDR and USB grabbers. This is extra useful for folks with gaming in HDR on a device hooked up to the USB grabber (like gaming consoles etc.).

I’m using it with docker on my N2.
Forwarding an USB 3.0 video grabber works fine as well.
Using the internal grabber doens’t work.
So yeah, I’m switching between normal Hyperion NG and Docker HyperHDR, depending on the context.
