Yeah must be CE issue. Just tested my brand new Xiaomi_3rd_gen with latest Kodi 22 and no freeze on Android but on same box with latest CE 22 video cache goes from 100% to 0% and video stream freezes after a few seconds. I hope someone could take a look at this, thanks!
