guys anyway to install to internal memory coreelec my box is s905w 1gb

If your box has non-encrypted bootloader then you should try -NG image.
If it works then see unsupported devices section for command:

If -NG image doesn’t work then you possible need to install latest Android image for your box first.

i tried something like ceemmc but it says 1GB ram not supported

Upload the output of command to check what is wrong

NexBox A95X-B7N 1/8 (S905X / 1 Gb ram / 8 Gb storage / Android 7.x) > ceemmc -x works for install to internal.
