Installing Flatpak addons - tools.externalhelper not available

Hello,

I recently discovered that many interesting addons are available through the Coreelec repository, many of them are depending on Flatpak.

When I try to install Flatpak, one dependency cannot be satisfied: “tools.externalhelper”.

Is this supposed to work, I assume it’s not fully available yet.

Ah, need to remove all this addons. They are not aplied to CE.

There are limitations from Coreelec that would prevent the Libreelec addons to run out of the box on Coreelec? I assume you don’t want the hassle of maintaining this in case it breaks, which is completely fair.

Flatpack is an abomination on numerous levels. Definitely won’t be happening.

No need another level of extra stuff running.
