Entware package manager

I have been toying with the idea of adding support for the entware package manager to CoreELEC. Entware is similar to apt/yum/pacman in that it will allow you to install over 2000+ linux applications with ease, no longer would there be a need to use docker or hacky addons to install your favourite applications. You can install iperf from entware using ssh.
