Kodi (Omega) freeze and/or crash when using Timeshift

Hi @phunkyfish Several CE users floated an issue where using Timeshift results… in a Kodi freeze or crash on the latest nightly builds. I and @vpeter4 were able to reproduce it both in CE and on a clean install of Windows nightly version of Kodi 21 (Omega). I only have access to IPTV, so I disabled Catchup, enabled Timeshift. Started a channel, let it run a bit, then paused the stream, waited for ~15 minutes and then tried to skip forward by 5 minutes. This resulted in a Kodi freeze and or crash. Sadly the crash log was empty. I'm not sure whether it's a Kodi issue, an issue with the iptvsimple addon or maybe something else entirely (ffmpeg?). On CE we saw some odd crashes related to mutex locks, but not only that.
