Is Cemmc tool still bundled

Hi all,
After 3 years of loyal service my Odroid N2 got damaged, a dodgy HDMI cable fried the HDMI port. Turns out this is quite common with the Odroid N2. I am going to repurpose it as a headless HomeAssistant server to run my central heating and a few lights.

So I will be resurrecting an old Beelink GT-King which I had lent to a friend as my main Living Room Correlec box, but the question is does Coreelec still come bundled with the Cemmc tool as I want to load CE to emmc rather than run from SDcard (which I consider unreliable).
