Is CoreELEC on N2 considered a "PC"... referring to its HDMI Input category?

Hi,

I was following an Rtings OLED TV calibration guide where the following was stated:

If using the TV as PC monitor, then you should set the TV to “PC mode” for the clearest text and for Chroma 4:4:4 support. Press Input button on remote/All Inputs/Edit Icon/select PC input label (icon). This icon sets it in that mode. The rest of the icons are just cosmetic labels.

Having said above, have any of you configured your N2’s HDMI input as PC mode? Do you recommend it or does it not apply to CoreELEC? Sorry for the newbie question… just dotting my i’s and crossing my t’s.

No, the PC mode on LG as on many other TVs is primarily set for playing games on PC and using TV as monitor. You should use Expert modes for displaying N2 HDMI output.
