i been have so many problem with the eithernet i went back to android

Kodi is 32bit, but it has nothing to do with your ethernet issues.
This question has nothing to do with the Hardware section either.

i didnt know where to put it and on my android box kodi ran better using the 64bit

The issue with 64 bit Kodi is that it breaks compatibility with software and addons that only have 32bit versions.
