Is there a VS10 Engine/non-FEL CE version for Ugoos in development?

Hi CE gents, just a friendly question to ask if there is a CE version in development that would allow the Ugoos AM6b+ to use the VS10 engine in order to “on the fly” display SDR & HDR material < DV ? But no FEL because-ng is discontined? I could have sworn ya’ll were working on something like that but now I am not sure hence this friendly question. If yes, which -** (non-ng) CE version is that and is there a beta that we are allowed to try to help?

Thanks so much for all you do

VS10 is supported since a year now on CE-22.

Thanks Portisch, that is nice to hear. But just to be sure I am doing this correctly which file do I use for AM6B+? To reiterate, I am interested in SDR & HDR display conversion to DV, don’t care about FEL.

So this is the file I need right? CoreELEC-Amlogic-no.aarch64-22.0-Piers_nightly_20251123-Generic.img.gz

Because your Installation Guide for the Ugoos AM6B+ pointed me to 21.3-ng which I don’t want because I want the VS10 conversion…

Thanks for your help…

either you use the nighly you linked, or if you do not want to use nightly, you can take the alpha2 release from GH releases: Release 22.0-Piers_alpha2 · CoreELEC/CoreELEC · GitHub

In particulary, you will need from assets this file: https://github.com/CoreELEC/CoreELEC/releases/download/22.0-Piers_alpha2/CoreELEC-Amlogic-no.aarch64-22.0-Piers_alpha2-Generic.img.gz
