Just booted up my old Vorke Z6 (S912) after 5 years. Can someone remind me how to update it?

Hey guys, I was doing some cleaning up and found some older devices such as my Vorke Z6+ (S912) and my Wetek Hub (S905H). The Vorke was a good device for me back then so I fired it up and to my surprise everything just worked. My NAS is still the same setup so it just updated its widgets and libraries.

The version of CE on it is a bit old and I just wanted to check what is the latest version I can update it to or is the version below the latest for that device. If not can someone remind me how to update to the latest version? Thanks

Is it the ng generic or the non ng generic? Also can I update from inside CE with the .tar or do I need to use an .img. Apologies if this is in a sticky somewhere.

Update: I looked up the wiki and put the tar in the update folder and rebooted. I got an error message saying Update from 3.14 is not allowed or something like that.

S905H is GXBB, S912 is GXM family. Both are not supported by -NG, see here
So the non-NG version is the right one

Amlogic.arm is not Amlogic-ng.arm.
