No it won’t, at least not any time soon.

What do you want to receive from new 5.7 kernel?
I don’t see the reason to switch to any kernel until there will be no regression in video decoding and supported formats and resolutions.
For new mainline kernels test or beta testing you could use LE and follow the progress.
In current state it’s too early to think about using 5.7 if you want to use all boxes decoding features that already work on amlogic kernel
