Kernel param CONFIG_CFS_BANDWIDTH

Hi,
is there any chance to get a coreelec version with param: CONFIG_CFS_BANDWIDTH included?. I am doing some tests, and I need it included and set to “yes”.
I checked on the build I am using, and it seems not included:

I saw on the forum that some params could be added / changed, but it’s unclear to me if this one is the case. If a full compilation is required, I would appreciate any guide or help to be followed.
