Khadas Remote Question

Hi All,

I just received my VIM3L kit with CoreElec 9.2.0 pre installed on the EMMC. I downloaded the latest stable version (19.2 Matrix rc2) and wrote it to a micro SD card. It boots without any issues but the Khadas remote that came with the kit is not recognized at all. It does work on the pre installed version.

Is there something I need to do manually to get the remote working?

I just found the following forum link and there was a file I added to the micro SD card and now the remote works.

Does anyone know what he button in the centre below the “down arrow” does?
