Ki plus tuner error

Hello, I am in CE 9.2.3. Despite the fact that SNT
= 70 signal strength 90, the tuner returns this error:

2020-06-27 10:42:26.612 subscription: 0059: "scan" unsubscribing

this occurs at all frequencies, both horizontal and vertical.

I have tried all three types of drivers and I have also activated crazy cats in addons / my addons / services. Please,
can anybody help me?

Thanks for your reply. If the transponder frequency was not correct, do you think I would have bothered to ask?

what is the difference between there is between gxbb_p200_k1_plus.dtb and gxbb_p200_k1_plus.serv.dtb?
