Kinhank G1 does not boot from USB or SD card

Greetings, I copied CE 21.1.1 on a USB drive and on a micro SD card. I also copied the device tree file to dtb.img on both, the USB drive and the micro SD card.

However, when powering the Kinhank G1 it always boots from its internal drive. It does neither boot from the USB drive, nor does it boot from the micro SD card.

Is there a certain trick I need to perform or a certain keyboard key (attached to USB) I need press during powering up the device to open a boot loader menu?

Thanks for the very quick response.

I just found the boot method chapter in the Wiki (coreelec:ceboot [CoreELEC Wiki]) and will try out the various option. I will come back with the outcome.

For Kinhank G1 the boot method “toothpick” works, i.e. press the reset button while powering up the device until the CoreELEC logo is displayed.
