hi guys, i just got the G1 from new shipment, default from factory installed latest fw.
i had to teardown and use UART to unlock, finally able to run CE and flash custom rom 
the job is quite complicated so i can’t write tutorial here now.
Summary of steps.
- teardown G1
- connect UART cable and plug in power
- wait 3s then short the D0 testpoint, on putty will stop at uboot shell and you can do what you want
this new version SPDIF audio port works .
