No trace of it on kodi.tv or here, and the same with v22 alpha 2.
It is on the way.

You guys understand that it takes work to create these builds so rather than posting join the team.
I think the more important news this weekend was Piers alpha2 given the importance of CE NO I would hope that with the limited resources on the CE Team, Piers becomes priority now.

My point was the CE team need to prioritize their work especially when TK puts out two versions on one weekend. So expectations for 21.3 should be tempered by reality of the resources available. Do they really think that they CE team is not following Kodi and LE builds along with kernel and Amlogic news?
The build machines runs at full speed. But because this “full speed” is not something to be proud off it will take little longer

CE21NG with build 21.3 is playing nice. CD playing always have issue, but CDDB is solved. When i tried all my media i explored that only CD/DVD with copy protection (drm) have issue of longer loading and temporarily freezing of kodi. Other unencrypted disc was readable immediately.
