Why is English only in interface settings?

What? You can select any language you want. I tried Russian and German, both install and work fine.
Do you mean the CoreELEC settings addon? Because maintaining translations is not easy and we do not have the capacity for it.

I have the same problem. Kodi interface is available only in English. Network connection is ok, before kodi starts.
