LG C4 can't detect Dolby Vision from Ugoos AM6b+

Thanks for the advices, here are more details:

  1. This hdmi cable (Amazon.com) is used to connect Ugoos directly to the TV;
  2. I followed this link to install coreelec ([Guide] S922X-J (Ugoos AM6b+) CoreELEC installation and FAQs);
  3. This command suggests that my LG does support DV;

  4. Estuary is used as the default skin;
  5. The troubleshooting page says “ensure Android 7.1 (Nougat) or greater is installed”, mine shows 4.9, is that the reason? If so, how to upgrade?
