Meson ir remote stops working if hyperion.ng is activated

Hello

one of my devices is a bqeel Y max ( 4/64 GB s905x3 )

i have 2 SD cards, one with CE 9.28 another with 19.2-Matrix_rc 3
the remote is working fine with meson ir configuration. In CE 19 already with REMOTENAME.toml file.

The Problem :
if starting hyperion.ng then the remote stops working immediately.
stopping hyperion.ng addon : remote is working again without restarting the device

any hints ?
