Need help with Samba or SSH for update file

I need help getting an update file on to my box from a Windows 10 PC to do a test.

The old Libreelec wiki how to links for both SSH and Samba given here don’t work How to update CoreELEC (page not found) and I really have no idea how to do either method. Watched a few YouTube videos and so far they haven’t helped me.

So if anyone can supply me with some simple to follow instructions or a video link to follow I’d appreciate it. Happy to do what ever method is the easiest to get the update file in the update folder.
