Netflix setting for Mecool KM8

I installed the Netflix add-on from https://github.com/CastagnaIT/plugin.video.netflix/. During playback, the audio and video shift, even by a few seconds.

My current playback setting:
CoreELEC:
Setting > Player > Videos > Allow hardware acceleration - amcodec = off
Setting > System > Display > Resolution = 1920x1080p
Setting > System > Display > Refresh Rate = 60
Setting > System > CoreELEC > Disable noise reduction = off (tried on, without effect)
Setting > System > CoreELEC > Disable deinterlacing = off (tried on, without effect)

Netflix Add-On:
Setting > Expert > InputStream Adaptive setting > Min. Bandwith = 0
Setting > Expert > InputStream Adaptive setting > Max. Bandwith = 4.000.000 (set according to FAQ)
Setting > Expert > Max. Resolution general decoder = 720p
Setting > Expert > Max. Resolution secure decoder = 720p

Any other recommendations for smooth playback?

Set to “On” because it has no effect on NF plugin, as it’s software decoded by "InputStream Adaptive.

Setting > Expert > InputStream Adaptive setting > Max. Bandwith

Set to =0 (default)

Add setting in “Settings-Player-Video”: Adjust display refresh rate => “On Start/Stop”.

Then try again and bring up “Player Debug Info” (Control+Shift+o) to check if you have Dropped Frames. If any, you maybe have a network bandwidth/congestion problem…

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I set hw acceleration back to off, max. bandwith to 0 and the situation is the same. I tried different max. bandwith setting and value 2.500.000 work for me.
Value Setting > Expert > Max. Resolution general decoder = 720p and Setting > Expert > Max. Resolution secure decoder = 720p are preservet.
There should be no network problem - download is 91 Mbps and upload is 89 Mbps.

It’s not so much the network speed, but network congestion from your box to Netflix server that can cause problems. Using VP9 results in much lower needed bandwidth/speed, so try if it’ll make any difference, although it results with lower quality picture.
I have measured 500/250 speeds at a friends place with fiber optic, but he cannot get NF streams in HD, only SD during prime time hours. From 23:00 to 18:00 everything works perfect in UHD…
