would like to report minor incosistency
with newer Coreelec version (NO-22)
that previous version function quite impeccably for N2+,
have now tested the newer version (NO) for N2+
and noticed the same behaviour that encountered already on C5,
basically the TV switches automatically to source HDMI1 (which is ARC) after inactivity or upon first boot (which gets labeled HDMI-Coreelec) , although the source is set to HDMI3 (where coreelec effectively sits, N2+ or C5).
This seem to happen only with the newer NO-22;
I could let sit the Coreelec on HDMI1 (ARC) , but that is not optimal solution.

you might be right, for n2+ is saz 22.0-Beta1 (21.90.801), /Piers_nightly_20260730
however, for c5, that the one gets updated every other day (has the same issue)
There are a couple of CEC settings that fire with the screensaver. Turn them off if you don’t want them.
hmm, the only setting i really change (apart from adding video-addons) is “key editor” to evoke menu+c via button-press on remote; never really seen a screensaver as such on kodi;
however, the issue is also present upon first boot , usually i set the source to “hdmi3”, then it switches (after loading complete) to hdmi1 (wich gets labeled Hdmi1-Coreelec), after which i have to switch back source to hdmi3 , if i wanna use coreelec. no big issue, but a bit annoying, since it happens every so often, and only on the newer NO-22. i*d be happy to help debug the issue; the tv is a normal full-hd (non-smart) with 3 hdmi port (1 is arc, hdmi1) and attached to tv is a spdif samsung soundbar (next to bluray player/hd-dvd-player)

Thinking investigate settings pertaining to Screensaver per last response.
Also investigate physical address setting.

setting screensaver to “none” from “dim” does solve the issue;
did not properly notice dimming feature before, but now that its off, kinda missing it 
(using a low-end dumb lcd tv) - but will just change the tv setting to some dimmer mode, that should be equal or btter.
not sure if -21 has this screensaver already set to none, but will check at appropriate time. think this can be marked solved nvtlss.
