And you already got some output. Different adapter will not show you more text.
It is 99% chance that you broke your device with killing 3.3 V power supply which is needed for eMMC and uSD card (and bunch of other things).
Is there any chance to be repaired? I still have warranty.
Repairing could be possible. But not under warranty: this was user error.
Maybe you could find some electronic repair service.
