Odroid-C4 sleeping with TV off

When I ran CE on my Odroid-C2, I saw a few CE-TV features:

1. When I shut down CE, it shut the TV off
2. When the TV was off, and I hit a button on the Bluetooth remote, CE turned the TV on

Now, I’ve upgraded to a C4, and Matrix. When I turn the TV off, it puts the Odroid-C4 to sleep, and starts up again when the TV is on. Unfortunately, I am unable to sync files unless if the TV is on.

I looked everywhere for these features. Is this configurable from a config file? Somewhere else?

Have a look at the CEC adapter settings (settings, system, input, peripherals, CEC adapter) to see if any of them need changing to suit your requirements.
