I do not know if any of them can be used in CoreELEC. Why does not CoreELEC include oscam-emu when the factory android firmware of Mecool KIII Pro does?
Oscam-emu is used for Cardsharing and those kind of illegal stuff.

OSCAM itself is not Ilegal. You can also use it to run your HD + card. Either via a Smargo card reader, or via the internal reader of a Linux receiver. So you should not always go out of the worst if someone uses OSCAM.

Cardsharing yes, they are people who sell the closed TV signal.
Better known as external card sharing.
Many people have 3 TVs in their homes that are impossible to pay 3 points.

Oscam is not illegal but oscam-emu is not something I’d consider adding because it is mainly used for Cardsharing. And we don’t support this kind of stuff.

It’s not that. I have no issue if you use whatever you want to use but don’t ask me to include something for you which is obviously used for only one purpose.
