Passthrough stop working in a strange way on a S905X device

Hello.

I have a problem with the passthrough and DTS-HD MA audio. Whenever I start a file with this type of audio, all subsequent files that I try to play with Dolby Digital, will not output any sound. Dolby doesn’t even appear on my soundbar.
No problem if I play any Dolby or even a DTS file first. But if I then play a file with DTS-HD MA, the Dolby codec will stop working with passthrough.
This also happens on another box with S905D.
On this box however, I did a fresh install, as I still had 9.2.8.
For the record, before installing the new version, I tested whether the problem was also present on 9.2.8 (I could no longer remember) and, everything worked.
I enclose a log file of the problem I described.

Sorry but I’m already at 21.2. When I said “fresh install”, I was talking about 21.2 even if I didn’t clearly mentioned it

Hmmm, I have a similar issue with Piers nightly (22.0) on an N2. If I play a blu-ray video file containing a DTS-HD MA soundtrack and then subsequently switch to my audio database and play any FLAC stereo audio (44.1/48/96 kHz any bit depth) I get no sound. I either have to restart Kodi or adjust the PCM multichannel settings to restore normal stereo playback. I assumed it was due to the alpha nature of CE22 or a Kodi issue.

This problem has probably appeared since version 19. Surely in version 20 it is present, because only a few days ago I updated my other box (Mecool KI PRO S905D) to 21.2 and, the problem remained. I have no problem playing other codecs where conversion to PCM is required. Only Dolby Audio, after playing a file with DTS-HD MA audio.
The only way to solve the problem is to reboot.
