I keep getting this error occasionally. Sometimes restart works, sometimes it doesn’t. I tried reading the log but I’m way out of my depth so any help is appreciated
Aside from the FEN plugin errors, I had a similar one for a while in another addon (I changed the link to the example link, of course.) :

Reducing the buffer size and readfactor to defaults helped, and then experimentally increasing it to 256MB.
Buffer Mode: 4
Memory Size: 256 MB
Read Factor: 2.00 x
Chunk Size : 131072 bytes
The CFileCache buffer in Kodi was getting clogged, and only a restart helped for a while.
Try it - maybe it will help you - I’ve been looking for a solution since June.
Yeah it was the cache. It’s an old box but I found a clear cache setting in Fen and it fixed the issue.
Experimenting with the buffer size and read factor is how I got this old thing to play large remux files

what device you got?
For this specific issue it’s a Vankyo X95 Max (Amlogic S905x2). But I also have a H96 Max (Rockchip, forget which model). They’re from years ago and were just collecting dust until now

In my case it was not related to the plugin cache - only to the curl cache in Kodi itself
