Playback Speed on Internet videos or local audio files, not available on CoreELEC?

I wanna play a podcast at 1.5x

Already mapped Tempo commands on keymap, installed service.defaultplaybackspeed add-on and nothing happens.

I’m on CoreELEC 19.1 and the option “Sync playback to display”, under Settings → Player → Videos is missing.
