The progressive VC-1 files look like they have half the vertical resolution. This is probably the result of unnecessary deinterlacing. Please look into it. I tried it under CE 19.4.

VC1 have forced deinterlace as it will stutter without it, I don’t know if it ever will get solved.
I also have this issue. Had to go back to 19.3 for better playback.
