Problem with stuttering in video 4k h264(hw)

Hey, everybody.

Found a problem on ODROID N2 when playing 4K h264.

jellyfish-140-mbps-4k-uhd-h264 and above all stutter.
There’s no smoothness.

4K h265 works fine.
Tried both stable and night builds - all the same.
Playing over network - via NFS or SMB, all the same.
LG OLED 65C9 TV.

Test for hours at 50 and 60 hertz shows wild frame rates (see screenshots).
At 30, there’s no more frame skips.

What should I do?

Use a lower bitrate?

It’s already low on the test with the watch. But he’s skipping frames.

Forget the jellyfish. There’s a bitrate, crookedly coded.
But where the frame skips at 50 and 60 hertz come from. Amlogic can’t h264 over 30 hertz?

S922x specification:
H.264 AVC HP@L5.1 up to 4Kx2K@30fps
H.264 MVC up to 1080P@60fps
H.265 HEVC MP-10@L5.1 up to 4Kx2K@60fps

Thank you. I opened the datasheet on the S922x - that’s exactly what it is.
Everywhere on the sites is written without sharing h265.
The question is closed.

sorry in advance for being a bit out-of-topic: which test videos did you use in your photos (the ones with the 30/50/60 “clock”)?

This is where you can look.

thanks alot, awesome selection of test videos!

I uploaded a H264 4K@30hz sample video Dubai.mp4 248MB,
Play with latest nightbuild(20200605) on N2, a lot skips.

It works normal on my side on N2.
Check that HDMI Multich PCM chosen in audio settings.

Would you try it on vim3? I have 2 N2 and 1 vim3, on N2, if I check off disable gui scaling then OK, but on vim3, still lots skips
