Purple and Green People in Videos

I’m having playback issues with some mkv files on my Odroid N2+, that the picture is essentially purple and green. I have had about 4-5 occurrences of this in recent weeks so this time I interrogated the media. which is in the attachment below.

I cant see anything wrong with the encoding but I cant fix the problem either, does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe this line:
“HDR format: Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, dvhe.05.06, BL+RPU”

Pure Dolby Vision files cannot be played back correctly, because CoreELEC doesn’t support DV, and the file doesn’t have HDR fallback.

@Sholander @TheCoolest Thank you that explains it, now I know what to avoid. Its always the simple stuff you cant see for looking.
