I got a LG tv with a the lg magic remote with the pointer and speech which wont work through cec.
is there any remote you can recommend that will work on the tv and the kodi with pointer and speech search?

I wasnt aware that kodi supports using a mouse pointer or voice search?
Kodi of course supports normal mouse-pointer, but the question is about Airmouse-pointer 
For a working air-mouse the advice here is as good now as it was then:
There is a version of the MX3 Airmouse/Keymote that has an embedded mic but I wouldn’t waste your money. I have yet to see any Kodi add-ons offering voice search.
