Resume feature is going back to the wrong time stamp

CoreElec , ugoos amb6 plus, PM4k

When I pause a movie and then go back to the menu and then resume the movie , it shows the correct time I left on but then sometimes resumes at a drastically different time stamp, only occasionally does it resume on the correct timestamp I left on

Any ideas?
