Set governor to performance in Hardware portion of CoreElec Settings

I believe at some point this setting was changed from on-demand to performance by default

If your governor is performance already, then there shouldn’t be any downclocking of CPU/GPU. If there is, you should look at your thermal management. At around 75°C/167°F the CPU starts to throttle down.
