That script was designed for our ng images and so it won’t work for internal installations on older devices as how we do internal installs on older and newer devices is completely different.
If it works for you though then I would probably just use it as-is and boot from USB.
Internal installation was a no-go, but now I have the box booting from USB with the internal 32GB EMMC used as storage!
The on-board (/dev/data) memory can be used as /storage by just labeling it “STORAGE”, while the 2nd USB partition needs to have its label changed to something else.
There still are a few issues, but I think this thread can be marked as Solved.
@Compent Do you mind sharing your solution for using the stock remote? What remote.conf file are you using?
