Tanix X4 works very well with CE21, specially HDMI CEC options on/off with TV, but I tried it with CE22 and device switch on/off with TV RC is not working. I tried to find the root cause of this attached report maybe can help to fix it. This is comparison between CE21 and CE22 on HDMI CEC functionality on device Tanix X4.
