Tanix TX5 pro with S905X2

Hi all,
I am new here so be gentle
i have a tanix TX5 Pro (at least that what the stiker says) with S905X2

it seems i am not able to determine which dtb i have to use, since all the reading i found say the tx5 pro have S905X and 2g

i can assure you that the one i have is S905X2 and 4g

what can i do ?
thanks in advance

Then it’s easy. You download the coreelec generic img.gz-file and burn it onto a sdcard or USB pendrive.

Then you open the DTB folder on the FAT-Part of the sdcard and copy the g12a_s905x2_4g device tree to the root of said sdcard. Then rename it to dtb.img and bingo you’re good to go.

Insert the card/pendrive in your box, press and hold the reset button and attach your PSU cable. You can release the reset button when the coreelec splash screen appears.

You could try this or this.

Thanks
your post make me rethink and the g12a_s905x2_4g is the only one i did not try :frowning:
I tried the g12a_s905x2_4g_1gbit… with no luck … i feel dumb now.
and of course it boot with g12a_s905x2_4g :man_facepalming:

anyway . i will be testing with it
and if seems to work well , i would like to update : CoreELEC - Device Trees
and add this tanix TX5 PRO with S905X2 and 4G

let me know how
And thanks again.
