Then it’s easy. You download the coreelec generic img.gz-file and burn it onto a sdcard or USB pendrive.
Then you open the DTB folder on the FAT-Part of the sdcard and copy the g12a_s905x2_4g device tree to the root of said sdcard. Then rename it to dtb.img and bingo you’re good to go.
Insert the card/pendrive in your box, press and hold the reset button and attach your PSU cable. You can release the reset button when the coreelec splash screen appears.

I tried the g12a_s905x2_4g_1gbit… with no luck … i feel dumb now.
and of course it boot with g12a_s905x2_4g
anyway . i will be testing with it
and if seems to work well , i would like to update : CoreELEC - Device Trees
and add this tanix TX5 PRO with S905X2 and 4G
