TP-Link Archer T2U Nano AC600 Driver issues - Odroid N2

Hi guys,

I’m kinda new to Coreelec and Odroid and cannot get the Archer T2U Nano AC600 (Bus 001 Device 009: ID 2357:011e TP-Link) to run with Coreelec. As far as I understand, this device should use the RTL8812AU driver, which should be supported with coreelec. However, the device is not recognized at all. I tried with 9.2.0 and the latest nightly from 20191107.

Here are the lusb and dmesg pastes from the latest nightly.

dmesg:
http://ix.io/219v

I don’t really understand why it isn’t working, I’ve been through countless threads but did not find a solution to this issue. Also not the most experienced guy with linux in general.

Thanks for your support!

@myeyes Give the following test build a try, and let me know if your WiFi adapter works with it. The test build is based on the last CoreELEC nightly plus a fix for your WiFi adapter.
https://test.coreelec.org/cdu13a/public.builds/CoreELEC-Amlogic-ng.arm-9.2-devel-1573303380.tar

If it works I will push the changes to the CoreELEC repository. If not I will get an Archer T2U Nano AC600 to test with and see if I can figure out a solution.

@cdu13a Just updated to your build, the WiFi adapter is working absolutely fine now. Many thanks for the quick support and fix!

Glad to hear that it works.

I’ve pushed the changes to CoreELEC repository. So support for your WiFi adapter will be available in future builds of CoreELEC.
