There are a couple CoreELEC-related items in Kodi settings, “injected” into the normal menus, e. g.: “Disable GUI scaling” or “Disable noise reduction”.
The strings are part of kodi/addons/resource.language.en_gb/resources/strings.po - I was however unable to find them on github so I could contribute by translated strings.
Could someone please help?

But there is no other language files.
